Since most of the models we offer are available in only one pair and a specific size, our work is based on prompt action, transparency, and mutual respect between the seller and the buyer.

1. Authenticity and Our Guarantee

Rigorous Inspection: Every pair of shoes is checked in detail before being listed for sale. We work only with verified suppliers and guarantee the origin of our goods.
100% Real Photographs: We do not use edited manufacturer catalog images. Every photo in our store is actually taken of the specific pair of shoes that you will receive. You see exactly what you are buying — with no hidden defects or surprises.
If you have any doubts or questions: We take the authenticity of our products with the utmost responsibility. If you have any questions or concerns about the product's authenticity after receiving your order, please contact us immediately before taking any other steps or filing public complaints.

2. Important Note on Sizes (Please read before purchasing)

Size charts for different manufacturers (Nike, Adidas, Salomon, Asics, etc.) may vary slightly.

For every product, we list the exact insole length in centimeters (CM), which we measure ourselves with a tape measure.
Request: Before making a purchase, please measure your foot or the insole of your favorite pair of shoes and compare it with the indicated CM. If you are unsure about the size — write to us before purchasing! This will save us time and help us avoid unnecessary shipping back and forth.

3. Shipping and Pickup

All items are physically located in Latvia.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days to any available parcel locker throughout the Baltics and Poland.

4. Return Policy and Preservation of Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt. To ensure the return is accepted in full, please follow these rules:

Condition of the item: The shoes must be in their original condition — they must not have been worn outdoors, and must include the original tags and box.
Protection of the box: The original shoe box is an integral part of the product. Sticking Omniva / DPD parcel labels directly onto the original shoe box is strictly prohibited, as this causes irreparable damage. Please use additional cardboard, a bag, or plastic wrap for packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or withhold a portion of the item's value if the item is returned worn, damaged, or without protective packaging.

5. Principle of Mutual Respect

We are an honest Latvian company. We process, inspect, and pack every order with the utmost care and responsibility. We respect every one of our customers and expect the same respectful and human treatment in return.
