We believe that you shouldn't have to pay an excessive price for high-quality, authentic brand-name footwear. PĒDĒJAIS PĀRIS is a specialized brand-name footwear outlet and limited-edition (drop) store.

Since most of our models are available in only one piece and a specific size, our work is based on prompt action, transparency, and mutual respect between the seller and the buyer.

1. Authenticity and Our Guarantee

Thorough Inspection: Each pair of shoes is inspected in detail before being put up for sale. We work only with verified suppliers and guarantee the origin of our products.
100% Real Photographs: We do not use processed manufacturer catalog images. Every photo in our store is actually taken from the specific pair of shoes that you will receive. You see exactly what you are buying — without hidden defects or surprises.
If you have any doubts or questions: We treat the authenticity of our goods with the highest responsibility. If you have any questions or concerns about the product's compliance after receiving your purchase, please contact us immediately before taking any further action or making public complaints.

2. Important About Sizes (Please read before purchasing)

Size charts can differ slightly between manufacturers (Nike, Adidas, Salomon, Asics, etc.).

For every product card, we indicate the precise insole length in centimeters (CM), which we measure ourselves using a tape measure.
Request: Before making a purchase, please measure your foot or the insole of your favorite existing shoes and compare it with the indicated CM. If you are in doubt about the size — write to us before purchasing! This way, we will save time and avoid unnecessary shipping back and forth.

3. Shipping and Pickup

All items are in stock in Latvia.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days to any Omniva, DPD, or other parcel locker across the Baltics and Poland.

4. Return Policy and Preservation of Items

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the buyer has the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt. To ensure a return is accepted in full, please follow these rules:

Condition of the item: Shoes must be in their original condition — they must not have been worn outdoors, and must include the original tags and box.
Box Protection: The original shoe box is an integral part of the product. It is strictly forbidden to stick Omniva / DPD parcel locker labels directly onto the original shoe box, as this causes irreversible damage. Please use additional paper packaging, a bag, or plastic film wrap.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or withhold a portion of the item's value if the item is returned worn, damaged, or without original packaging protection.

5. Principle of Mutual Respect

We are a reputable Latvian company. We process, inspect, and pack every order with the utmost care and responsibility. We respect every one of our buyers and expect the same respectful and humane attitude in return.
